Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid (チュキチュキつきちゃんメイド, Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam Maid) is a minor, but important antagonist in the Akiba Maid War anime series. She worked as a Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam maid until Ranko wiped out the café. She is later seen as a member of the Axolotl-themed Maid Café under Creatureland Group.
Appearance[]
She is a maid who has pink hair and green eyes. Her hair is in two low ponytails with bows. After losing one ponytail, she puts a bow in a shorter length.
In Episode 1, she wore the Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam maid outfit, consisting of a black sleeveless blazer, sleeveless white frilly blouse, yellow bowtie, white wrist cuffs, yellow armband, yellow skirt and long black stockings with a white frill on top, along with black rabbit ears.
In Episode 12, she wore the Axolotl maid outfit, consisting of a red and pink maid uniform, pink wrist cuffs and light pink long stockings. She also wore a red hair tie over her left twintail that had grown out slightly after being cut off in Episode 1.
Personality[]
Despite her treatment at Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam, she still regards herself as a "black space bunny" and rejects being a "creature" and "axolotl" .
Background[]
In Episode 1, she is seen forcibly having to cut her own ponytail off by the manager of Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam, likely from messing up. Her reaction is the maid equivalent of the yakuza punishment of severing a finger after a failure. She appeared to be shocked along with the rest of the maids after the manager is shot in the head by Ranko. She is then briefly seen during the foot pursuit with a gun in hand before the entire café is wiped out singlehandedly by Ranko.
Although it is indicated that the entire café was wiped out, she had somehow managed to survive the massacre and at some point become an Axolotl Maid. At the end of Episode 11, her identity is partially revealed as she stabs Ranko in the back to avenge her grudge.
In Episode 12, she is caught by Nagi's entourage and brought to her office. Despite wearing the Axolotl themed maid outfit, she tells the group that she rejects the titles of "Axolotl" and "Creature" and addresses herself as a "Black Space Bunny", stating that her loyalty to Wuv-Wuv Moonbeam remains strong. The Cat Executive suggests that they kill her and throw her body into the Kanda River. However, Nagi, amused by the maid's remarks, chooses not to kill her and orders her to be released, leaving the Cat Executive surprised at Nagi's decision making. Instead, Nagi reminds the maid that she is a "Creature" now, no matter how much she complains, and will have to prove her worth to the Creatureland Group by joining her and the other maids in killing the rest of the Oinky Doink Café maids. However, watching Nagomi perform a song and dance routine, touched her heart like the other maids. Shortly after Nagi starts firing at Nagomi, she shoots Nagi point blank in the head.
Trivia[]
*Despite being Ranko's murderer because of her resentment for what she did to her cafe maid, she did not hesitate to betray and kill Nagi, perhaps she did so upon hearing Nagomi's words before Nagi shot her.
