Kazue Ugaki (宇垣 和枝, Ugaki Kazue) was a minor antagonist in the Akiba Maid War anime series. She used to serve as the representative of Maidalien Group, but now she worked as one of the members of the Axolotl-themed Maid Café.
Appearance[]
Kazue was an overweight woman with short blonde hair and green eyes. She wears heavy makeup and an alien maid outfit.
Personality[]
Kazue had a relaxed persona and thought the violent times of maids were over. She was sarcastic toward the manager of Oinky Doink Café and did not like them.
Background[]
When the previous leader died while Manami Yamagishi was imprisoned, Kazue became the modern representative of the "Maidalien Group". She believes that "the era of swinging a bat is over", but is forced to deny the idea due to Manami's return and use of force. She then appoints Manami as her acting representative to appease her.
After Manami attacks Oinky Doink Café, Kazue declares that Maidalien will merge with the Creatureland group. She and the other executives kill Manami, who had returned after losing to Nagomi Wahira. The two groups were originally supposed to sign an equal merger contract. However, Nagi outwitted them and signed a disadvantageous contract. With Manami's death, the Maidalien Group ceased to exist.
After the absorption of "Maidalien Group", they were rebranded as an Axolotl-themed maid café. Their sales were still increasingly better than Oinky Doink. Nagi shows up at Manami's funeral, and orders a baseball match between the two main factions. However, Ugaki carried a lot of resentment against Oinky Doink and insulted them throughout the match, saying, "It's impossible to lose to people of lower rank." Nagomi Wahira tries to ensure the game is fair play, and the players attempt to stop playing rough. Ugaki is frustrated by the development that allows Oinky Doink to lead, and when she goes to bat, she tries to hit Ranko with a bat, but is kicked by Zoya and falls. Immediately after that, Miyabi, who was disguised as the Whooper mascot, stabbed her from behind to avenge Manami. Ugaki dies, but the Axolotl team pretends she is still alive to continue the game.

- A conversation between Nagi and her driver in the following episode implies that Nagi planned on having Ugaki killed if Miyabi hadn't beaten her to it.
